LAS TRES AMIGAS
We are a gourmet restaurant in Antigua Guatemala. We cook all our meat using Sous Vide. Our owners are Bradley Grandorff (EEUU) and Marilyn Adriana Kaneko De Leon (Guatemala). Bradley formerly worked in the information security world for companies such as Cisco, Splunk, Crowdstrike and Foundstone. He taught hacking courses, spoke publically, and covered most of North and South America in his roles. He is the brains behind the self serve beer wall.
Marilyn's Guatemalan mother and Japenese father owned a butcher shop in the Antigua Market, and she started learning about Japanese cooking as a child. Dishes such as katsudon She later studied to be a chef, and traveled internationally and learned other methods of cooking. She has a talented palete for understanding foods. Humble and sometimes shy, but always with a smile on her face.
We have an incredibly dedicated staff who love the restaurant industry, and it shows in our service and our menu.
